Susie Lorraine Page

Susie L. Page, age 80, of Ithaca, died July 17, 2019, at her home, surrounded by her family.

Susie was born October 9, 1938 in Boyne Valley Township, Boyne city, Michigan, the daughter of Alfred and Ruby Thelma (LeBaron) Nicewander.  She married Dennis Page on June 14, 1958 in Greenbush Township.  Susie loved her family, and the activities they always did together as a family.  She was active as a Cub Scout leader as her boys were growing up.  They always enjoyed the camping trips they would take through the years with their kids and grandchildren.  She was especially fond of her Chinese Pugs.  

Susie is survived by her husband, Dennis Page, of Ithaca; her sons, Alfred (Dayna) Page of Ithaca, Mark (Cheryl) Page of Alma, Mike (Deb) Page of Alma, and Dennis (Maria) Page of Ithaca; her 10 grandchildren, Matt (Tonya) Page) Tara (Kevin) Peters. James (Kelli) Thompson, Stacey Wenzel, Jason (Kristen) Page, Jennifer Godfrey, Jeremy (Amanda) Page, Jessica (Jonathan) Page Fenner, Rachelle (Sean) Lewis, and Joshua Page; 20 great grandchildren: and her sister, Marilyn Mockridge of Ithaca.  She was preceded in death by her parents; and several brothers and sisters.

A memorial service celebrating her life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 20, at the Barden Funeral Home in Ithaca, with Pastor Doug Strait officiating.  Memorial contributions may be made to Sparrow Hospice or Gratiot County Commission on Aging.  Condolences may be left for the family online at www.bardenfuneralhome.com.
